SOLD: Coffee Shop

This mom-and-pop coffee franchise services the local community with hot and cold espresso-based drinks, smoothies, homemade pastries, muffins, desserts, quiche, lunch snacks and breakfast. The current location was demolished, and the business needed to move by June 10, 2023. The proposed new location, a block from the existing store, became available on April 1. There are also several apartment complexes under construction within a quarter mile of the proposed new location. The new owner is free to choose a location in Clearfield, as there has been no lease signed. The business has maintained a loyal customer base who migrated to their new location. The current owners, and the new owners, will have franchise rights to the current brand name in the current city.

Thus far, there has not been any advertising other than word-of-mouth and organic Facebook posts, leaving much room for growth with a small ad spend. Over the last three years, the current owners have shortened their hours and have closed the business on Mondays. All current vendor relationships will remain intact through the transition.
