SOLD: Two-location Audiology Practice

This independent, private audiology practice has two locations in the East Valley of Maricopa County. Both are strategically and centrally located in high density senior communities. The practice has approximately 3,000 active accounts with a good patient mix of private pay, third party payors and managed care plan patients.

The revenue and SDE shown represent an average of 2020-2022. Hearing instrument and related product and service sales exceeded $1 million in 2019 with an adjusted net profit of over $276,000. Adjusted net profit increased 36 percent and 7 percent over the prior two years respectively. The subsequent decline in business is due to several disruptions — from COVID-19 as well as the illness and death of the co-owner.

There are currently four employees: a full-time provider and three office staff. The current owner works in an administrative role two-three days a week.
